Meest China, one of the largest delivery services for goods from China to Ukraine, decided it was time to conquer new markets. The service had two options: enter the Polish market using the same tools and messages already in use in Ukraine, or conduct preliminary research on the target audience and communication channels and adapt the service's advertising campaigns to the new market.
Our client chose the second option, so we partnered with a Polish research company, analyzed tons of information from open sources—from Google searches to TikTok trends—and developed a step-by-step action plan.
