Artificial intelligence is increasingly integrating into our lives. Businesses and organizations are creating opportunities to develop AI within their niches to enhance and simplify user experiences. An international charitable foundation, Alliance for Public Health, approached us after developing their own AI assistant for people with HIV and potentially vulnerable social groups.
In our search for a fitting and understandable name, we worked through around 20 names and concepts. After approvals and presentation to a focus group, the name TWIIN was chosen.
Digital assistant TWIIN is open and sincere; it has already walked this path. It understands everyone who needs support and has answers to any questions about HIV. Users can turn to TWIIN like a twin or a double whom they can trust.
In the design, we continued the concept of openness and pairing.
The doubling of the letter "I" in the logo, paired geometric shapes, and color duos are key elements of the identity that visually convey the project's name. Along with the brand style, we developed communication materials for the first presentation of TWIIN at the AIDS-2024 conference in Germany.
