Every brand reaches a point where its audience outgrows its positioning, trends shift the target audience's perception of the product, and the approach to customers requires new methods. Our task was to analyze everything that had happened with G.Bar over the past 5 years and update the positioning.
As part of the project, we conducted extensive research on the brand's target audience, developed customer segmentation, uncovered new insights, and understood how to refresh not only the communication but also the internal environment of the salons. This led to the creation of a new logo design, updated communication strategies, salon interiors, and new procedures.
