ATP 16363 is a logistics family business with a 50-year history, now managed by a younger generation. They had an idea to launch a digital startup that would create highly profitable working conditions for all drivers. Our task was to evaluate the feasibility of this idea and suggest possible development options.
We conducted a comprehensive analysis of logistics companies in three categories: international logistics giants, local transport companies, and outsourced logistics call centers. We also examined ATP 16363 in detail. We conducted numerous interviews with competitors, partners, experienced industry leaders, and ordinary truck drivers to ensure the product would be relevant to everyone in the category.
As a result, we proposed developing a mobile logistics app with a highly user-friendly and transparent UX. To support this, we analyzed the fastest-growing startups globally and the hottest trends and cases. We also consulted IT specialists and potential clients to create realistic foundations for the project and a strong communication strategy.
The outcome: a new product concept, philosophy, launch strategy, and action plan are ready for implementation.
